StarBlend is fade resistant, perspiration resistant and non-streaking, everything that a performer needs under the hot lights.

Starblend is a foundation that can be applied with a sponge or brush, wet or dry. Applied dry, Starblend has medium to full buildable coverage and intense colour.

Please note, once the cake is wet, product must always be wet activated.

Remove with soap and water.
