Liquid smoke, wonderfully convenient smoke aroma
Smoking flavour is very popular in almost every style of food: it is widely used on meat barbecues in the American tradition, but it is just as much of an asset in vegan cooking. Liquid smoke, literally liquid smoke, gives dishes a fine smoky flavour without the use of a smoker. Veggies and vegans can use it for vegetable bacon or vegan salmon.
100% Natural liquid smoke without additives
Liquid smoke is a natural product and contains no animal ingredients. We only use water and strong smoked salt. In contrast to almost all other liquid smoke we don't use colorants, aromas or emulsifiers. The product does not contain polysorbate either.
With handy spray cap
On our liquid smoke bottles we have provided a handy spray cap, in order to spray the smoke aroma evenly on your ingredients. This cap is unscrewable, which is more convenient if you use the product for marinades.
Using Liquid Smoke
Use our smoke flavouring on various types of meat and fish dishes such as pulled pork, salmon, chicken, steaks and pork. Spray a little on salads or in dressings. You can add it to sauces for a smoky aroma.
Liquid smoke is also ideal for giving meat and fish dishes from the oven a smoky or BBQ flavor, and tofu dishes are the perfect match for our smoky aroma.
You only add Liquid Smoke when the dish is ready.
