Tweed Eye Liner Pencil is a high quality medium brown eyeliner. It's in a wooden pencil and formulated with Vitamin E for a rich and creamy consistency making for a softer pencil.  It applies evenly and easily.  Tweed is an excellent color to use as an under eye liner. It's not too dark.
